Discovery

Every creative journey begins with our team learning about your company, brand, and, most importantly, you. This understanding is one of the cornerstones of all of our future strategy and design efforts. Before beginning any creative or conceptual design work, we need to learn about your unique vision in order to define marketing goals and appeal to your target audience.

With most new site design and logo design projects, we collaborate with you to complete a light-hearted questionnaire that allows us to see your business through your eyes. This exercise aids us in incorporating your personality into our creative design work so that we can achieve your goals.

Strategy

To interact with your audience more effectively, we analyse your top few competitors’ marketing activities and grasp industry-specific design queues or trends. This information aids us in planning and executing any on-site search engine optimization so you’re ready to compete right away.

Our strategy phase includes creating a sitemap to show where each page on your website will live and how they will link to one another.
Wireframing is the final step before the creative phase. This activity assists us in establishing the information architecture of the website without being distracted. After we've completed our design approach and you've agreed to the game plan, it's time to get creative!

Creative
Design

Design is the part of the project that everyone is most excited about. This is where all of our design strategy work comes to life as polished design concepts that we share with you throughout the process so that you can provide formative input and make any necessary course changes.


Web Design

We examine initial concept work with you at this point in website design projects before developing the concept into the full suite of wireframes we established together during our strategy phase.
If your existing website metrics indicate that mobile is the primary device for your audience, we may use a mobile-first design strategy in some circumstances.


Logo Design & Branding

We go over a set of basic design concepts before starting a logo design or branding project. Once you’ve decided on a concept, we’ll work on refining the design until you’re satisfied.

Creative Design

Build &
Test

We start building and testing the idea once everyone is on board and the conceptual artwork has been approved.
Before we polish things up for release, this step allows everyone to experience a fully functional design and address any concerns.

Website Design


The beta website is hosted on our private development server, giving you time to test the working prototype before launching the new website design to your audience. This opportunity allows us to complete final testing of the website and address any faults.

Logo Design & Branding

This step allows us to finalise the logo design for usage in your marketing and continue the brand extension through any peripherals, such as social profile design or the creation of brand guidelines documents.

Launch

During our multi-platform user testing, we migrate the new website to the production server and put it through its paces. Our quality assurance efforts are aimed at ironing out any kinks in your new website design before releasing it to the public.

 

Web Design

Depending on variables such as server setup or pre-installed software, websites may operate differently from one server to the next in some circumstances.
We go through a pre-launch checklist during the launch process to make sure everything is set up correctly and working well.

 

Logo Design & Branding

When print shops and other media providers get your artwork, they will demand precise requirements and document standards. We prepare the logo design and brand materials to fulfil these requirements during our pre-flight assessment to ensure you have all you need to replicate your brand with consistency and confidence.

Many individuals feel that a design job is over once they reach step five, however that is not the case with us. We provide a personalised lesson to assist you in managing your new website and walk you through a list of recommended practises for maintaining your website’s search engine optimization.

We provide monthly website health check-ins, automated 24/7 uptime monitoring, and assistance once your website is launched to ensure that your new marketing engine is safe, secure, and attaining its full potential.
