Alcinder Tech is a fast-growing web design and development studio based in Dhaka. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and drive our online growth across global markets.

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly for maximum ROI and lead quality.
  • Develop advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copy and visuals.
  • Set up and manage Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate analytics reports for insights and improvements.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new ad opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and performance goals.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, E-commerce Startup
