Alcinder Tech is a growing digital agency specialising in web development, eCommerce solutions, and digital marketing. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, presenting digital solutions, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and online channels.
- Visit client offices to present Alcinder Tech’s services and build strong professional relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions (websites, eCommerce, marketing, software).
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Track leads, follow up regularly, and close deals within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Alcinder Tech professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (digital agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Bangla).
- Ability to confidently visit and communicate with corporate clients.
- Basic understanding of websites, WordPress, eCommerce, and digital marketing services.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within Dhaka for client meetings.
